The clergy and staff of St. Peter’s occupy offices in the building immediately behind the church at 801 Atlantic Avenue, Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034-3628. They may be reached by e-mail, or by telephone at (904) 261-4293, or FAX (904) 277-1617. You will notice that by chance we have three Smiths on the staff. They are not related to one another.
Clinton M. H. Weinberg Parish Administrator

Clinton Weinberg recently joined our staff as Parish Administrator. He comes to us from Grace Episcopal Church in Orange Park, Florida, where he currently serves as Choirmaster. Clinton holds a Bachelors of Music in Classical Voice from the University of North Florida followed by additional graduate studies. Prior to his venture into church administration, Clinton has held positions with the Amelia Arts Academy, the Academy of Music at Jacksonville University, Theatre Jacksonville, and the Duval County Public School System as a music educator. Kristina Smith Christian Formation Director

Kristina joined our staff July 2006. Originally from Colorado, she came to us from the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Lexington, KY, where she served as the Minister of Christian Formation for three years. She has advanced certificates in Christian Education and Youth Ministry from the Episcopal Seminary of the SW. Her full time responsibilities include coordination of all educational and formational programs for adults and children, children’s chapel and the nursery. (more about Kristina…)
Brian Moody Youth Director

A Florida native, Brian came to St. Peter’s in 2006. As a camp counselor and Assistant Director at Camp Weed for nearly a decade, he has been privileged to know many young people in the Diocese, including those from St. Peter’s, long before joining our staff. Brian has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from UF. Prior to moving to FB, he was a teacher at High Springs Community School (K-8). Brian was the volunteer youth director at St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church in Newberry for six years. Brian’s full time responsibilities are to oversee all 6-12 grade youth activities.
Rich Smith Parish Life Director

A retired university professor from Pennsylvania, Rich came to St. Peter’s in 2002. Prior to that he was the Assistant Director of Barnabas for 5 years. As the Parish Life Director, Rich assists the clergy and staff in carrying out the mission of the parish. He tries to match the skills and interests of parishioners with appropriate ministries in the church. (more about Rich…)
Jan Smith Parish Musician
Originally from Alberta Canada, Jan recently moved to Amelia Island from Virginia and for a time served as Interim Parish Musician at Church of Our Savior, Jacksonville. She is a cradle Episcopalian, although she has worked for various denominations. Jan is responsible for planning music for all services in collaboration with the Rector and other musicians, directing the Chancel Choir and Folk Choir, and playing for all worship services. Lee Watanabe Financial Secretary

The Financial Secretary, Lee Wantanabe, documents revenues and disbursements, acts as the office computer guru, and helps the parish and helps the parish administrator as needed. She has been at St Peter’s since the middle of 2001. (more about Lee…)
