    Until: Sunday, November 15, 2009

New Beginnings is a unique experience designed specifically to respond to the needs and concerns of Junior High Youth in grades 6-9. Its purpose is to help young people grow in their love of themselves, others and the Lord Jesus Christ. The weekend begins Friday evening when participants arrive at 7PM and continues until Sunday afternoon at 3 PM. There are a series of talks by youth and adults, films, tapes, skits, songs and small group discussions and activities. These presentations focus on subjects such as self, friends, parents, siblings, school, God’s Love, Prayer, the Church and “Who is Jesus?” There is also lots of time for laughing, creating, and sharing. Participants not only learn and grow, but have a wonderful time. Clergy are present to assist with Spiritual Direction.
