Good Shepards (Pastoral Care)

Overview

The Pastoral Care Committee meets weekly for prayer, using a current prayer list, a list for the chronically ill, and a pastoral “watch” list. These lists are reviewed and revised each week. Also each week notes of love and encouragement are written to the sick, the bereaved and to families with problems.

Under the direction of this committee are the Bereavement Luncheons Ministry, the Kitchen Angels Ministry, and the Lay Eucharistic Ministry, all of which are described separately.
