Use this form to submit your email address for receiving email reminders
regarding the volunteer schedule at St. Peter's. Even if you and your spouse
use the same email address, you should each submit a separate form.
Your email address will be saved on the computer in encrypted form. To be certain
that the encryption process works, an unencrypted (decoded) address is shown to
you before you make the final submission to the web-steward. Your name, your
entered volunteer activities and your email address are then emailed to
the parish web-steward. The information will usually be updated on the web server
(computer) within a week.
If you make an error, do not use the back button to retry. Instead click on the
"Start Over" button in the form. This will bring up a new instance of the form.
